This is another product we have been asked a lot about lately. More and more taxi cabs require fitment of a camera and security camera system.

This can be used for evidential purposes and also to give the taxi camera driver peace of mind.

This kit contains a digital video recorder that captures images at 720 x 576 and full audio on to a Compact Flash card.

After an incident, the CF card can be removed and the software supplied will allow you to print stills or export the video to AVI for evidential purposes. A water-marked time/date and frame counter will ensure it's use for evidential purposes.

Recording at 4fps a 4gb card can hold 12 hours of footage and will start to loop once the card is full.

Very easy to install, connect three wires. + 12v, gnd and ignition. When the ingnition is on the unit will power up and start recording whithin 5 seconds.

Kit is supplied with a low-light, wide angled B/W CCD camera. A colour camera is also available but will not perform as well in low light conditions.
