Continued maintenance on a CCTV system is very important, although the modern Digital recorder has less moving parts than its humble counterpart the VCR, your system should be periodically inspected by a qualified engineer.
This will maximize your investment and enable your system to provide the best possible recorded images.

There are a few reasons why you might consider the Service and Maintenance Agreement. Initially the cost of the CCTV system might be too high, OR you might need to get a CCTV system in place before your budget allotment, OR you might be concerned with ongoing maintenance and what can go wrong with the delicate CCTV equipment, Or you might want to keep up with times and technology and not be stuck with some outdated equipment down the line. Much like you would upgrade your computer every 3-5 years.

Service and Maintenance

With the Service and maintenance package, we foot the bill for the CCTV system and installation, and you the client take out a 36 month Service and Maintenance contract with Hiltron Systems Ltd.

Under that contract we will maintain all the CCTV equipment as well as repair or replace any equipment not in satisfactorily working order. Extensions to the system can be done at any time. Your monthly maintenance fee will be adjusted accordingly. To upgrade the system, you would not have to worry about the money you would lose on the old system. Once your term matures, you can request the latest technology and just continue with your monthly Service and Maintenance costs. Fully tax deductible.
