24/7 Monitoring

An Alarm without 24/7 monitoring is just a noise.

With 24/7 monitoring of your alarm, our control room responds and keeps records of all activations, restorals of activations, arming and disarming of the system- and by whom, power failures, low batteries, sensor and system tampers.

Standard procedure for alarm activation is to firstly call the premises to ensure alarm was not set off by owner, employee, tenant. Then the response company, or the keyholders are called, as per instructions completed at time of contract.

For Full Monitoring, all arming and disarming signals are also monitored. A time schedule is set up at time of contract, and if the alarm is armed or disarmed outside that schedule- action is taken. On some sites allowance for cleaners is also taken into consideration. Reports on all arming and disarming, with date, time and user stamps are available on request or schedule.

Monitoring of Cold Storage is also available, and can incorporate High Temperature, Low Temperature, Compressor failure, Phase failure and Power failure. Loss of stock due to any of these failures can be devastating, so this option should be considered for applicable industries.
